Floor Jack Motorcycle Adapter
Motorcycle Adaptor For Standard Floor Jack?
When I thought about it, I didn't consider the base of the jack, I was just focused on the head of the jack being level and with enough weight to lift the bike. Guess I'll buy (and store) yet another gear! If you have a welder, a piece of pipe and some angle iron, you can make one yourself, but as others have said, I'd be concerned about the footprint of the jack. I slide mine under my table saw when I'm not using itThe base of the jack goes level and the jack is heavy as hell, I think a well designed, solidly mounted accessory should work. Also, I'm not looking to lift the bike 5 feet in the air, just high enough to do things like swap rear shocks, pull the front wheel up to install shock boots, etc. jack is only $15 more. Regardless of the adapter's final configuration, it would always have a single, centrally located pivot point where it connects to the floor jack.
