As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate), you are the first and last interaction for Floor & Decor customers. Our cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, verifying customers, handling product returns, performing basic checkout functions and providing every customer with an exceptional experience. My husband and I visited the NRH Floor and Decor on Monday 7/20/15 around 6:45pm. The exhausted lady apologized and went on and on about how she should have left two hours ago and was working overtime. I was asking another question and they were told "hang in there honey", the exhausted lady turned her back on her and started talking to two men working with a forklift.
